Building: - Approximately 50 % of the 1st Floor (restrooms / utility room) steel is framed. - In-Floor heat has been installed and fully operational. - Interior layout adjustments have been made and final plans have been approved for Phase II! - Permit has been issued – the interior build-out for the 1st Floor and 2nd Floor to begin in February.
Funding: A great big “Thank You” to everyone who has participated with the funding of the International Stearman Community Center! Over $688,000 has been raised to date and everything up to date has been fully paid! The estimated cost to finish Phase II - the interior on both floors (restrooms / lobby / conference room / library) is $500,000 so we are well underway, but we are currently about $200,000 short of our goal.
